Support
Email support@yourtrackpal.com. There is no account to sign in to, and there is no in-app chat.
Do I need an account?
No. YourTrackPal has no accounts and no sign-in. Open the app and your history is on that iPhone.
Does my data stay on my iPhone?
Your workouts do. Activities, settings, and photos you attach are stored on the phone. YourTrackPal does not upload your workout history to its own servers.
The Track screen does send your latitude and longitude to Open-Meteo so it can show weather. Maps, heart rate, steps, and photos are explained in the privacy policy.
How do I export or back up?
In the app, open Settings, then Data & Privacy.
- Backup All Data shares a JSON file of your saved app data. From the share sheet, save it to Files or iCloud Drive. You can type an optional passphrase in that section first.
- Restore from Backup loads a backup file you choose.
- Export All GPX (ZIP) shares your routes as GPX files.
- On a saved activity, Export GPX Route shares that one route.
A file you share is then handled by whatever you send it to. YourTrackPal does not keep a copy on a server of its own.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@yourtrackpal.com. Include what you were doing, what you expected to happen, your iPhone model, and your iOS version. The app does not include a crash reporter.
